Chef Shane Hollinger
Big Aloha Premium Hawaiian Poke sauce is as diverse as its creator, Native Hawaiian Shane Hollinger. Raised in the Islands, Shane blends his Hawaiian, Japanese, and Chinese heritage into an exotic taste of sweet, spicy, and salty.

What is Poke?
The Hawaiian Poke (pronounced poh-keh) means to slice or to cut into small pieces. This simple dish, made by Hawaiians for centuries, was typically prepared with cubes of raw fish, sea salt, limu (seaweed) and ‘inamona.
Today Poke is made with a wide variety of ingredients introduced with the diversity of cultures that arrived in Hawaii. Big Aloha presents Hawaii’s most popular version of poke sauce so you can bring home the Aloha!
